Terms of Service

Aegis Gov AI is a product of Aegis Gov Doa LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Aegis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate aegisgov.ai and related services including MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, API endpoints, and digital products.

By accessing or using any Aegis service — including making API calls, submitting payments, or downloading any digital product — you agree to these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization or deploying an automated agent that consumes our APIs, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization or are the beneficial owner responsible for that agent's activity.

Aegis provides the following categories of services:

• MCP API Services: Automated digital services providing access to US government contract data (SAM.gov), SEC/EDGAR financial filings, and related datasets via HTTP API calls.
• AI Analysis Tools: AI-generated analysis outputs (e.g., bid/no-bid analysis) delivered via API response. These are informational outputs only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or procurement advice.
• Digital Products: Electronically delivered documents, playbooks, and starter kits available for one-time purchase and download.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Payments are processed via Stripe (for fiat/card transactions) and x402/USDC on Base mainnet (for agent-to-agent transactions). All fees are stated in USD or USDC at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated at the point of sale.

API calls are priced per-use. Prepaid bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Customer is solely responsible for determining and remitting any applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes imposed by any jurisdiction on purchases made through Aegis Gov AI services.

Aegis Gov Doa LLC does not collect or remit taxes on behalf of customers except where specifically required to do so by applicable law.

For agent-to-agent API transactions settled in USDC via x402, the tax treatment of the underlying service (not the payment method) governs. The use of USDC as a payment rail does not alter the taxability of the service purchased.

Customers operating in jurisdictions that impose tax collection obligations on the purchaser (use tax) remain solely responsible for compliance with those obligations.

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute raw API responses as a competing data service without written authorization
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, payment gates, or access controls
• Scrape or systematically extract data beyond normal API usage patterns

Our services aggregate data from official US government sources (SAM.gov, SEC EDGAR) and third-party APIs. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data returned. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Do not rely solely on Aegis outputs for bid decisions, financial decisions, or legal compliance.

Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Aegis disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegis Gov Doa LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms at aegisgov.ai/terms with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
